SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Please allow 1-4 weeks for made to order piece to be made and shipped. This is dependent on how busy I am.

 

All orders outside the U.K. are posted with tracked delivery.  I have decided to stop sending them signed for , this is because I have been told signed for parcels are having massive delays. If you would like your order to be signed for as well as tracked just leave a note at the checkout.

U.K Shipping

U.K shipping starts from just £2 to £5.75
Products are shipped out first class.

The price of shipping depends on the product and this will be shown at the checkout.

Orders costing less than £20 will not be sent with tracked or signed for postage- if you would like this please give me a message before ordering. 

 

Worldwide shipping

All international orders are posted with tracked postage. International shipping starts from £5-£25 depending on the region and size of the parcel. Please be aware that delivery times may be longer and customs charges may apply.

Crochet patterns

All crochet patterns are digital PDFs. They are sent to you by email, once the order has been completed. Please save the pdf to your device. The link to download the pattern will expire after 30 days and you will no longer be able to access it through the email link.

Return and Refund Policy

As I am a small business and everything is made to order I don't offer returns unless the item is faulty.

If you change your mind or the sizing is incorrect, as long as the item is returned to me in the same condition, I am happy to offer an exchange.

All sales for PDF patterns are final. They are none refundable.
